Job Requirements

• All applications must be currently based in the UAE or have previous experience working in the Middle East.
• Must have strong experience in pre-FEED and FEED in O&G projects internationally (specifically in the Middle East).
• Has extensive background with PMC Oil and Gas Projects.
• Requires a Master’s (minimum Bachelor’s Degree) in a relevant technical field and/or at least 15-20 years of experience in the O&G industry (preferably onshore oilfield projects).
• In-depth familiarity with a wide variety of disciplines and functional concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Provides leadership and has experience in managing projects and project functions through conceptual study, pre-FEED, and FEED.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Provides expert consultation in one or more areas for the design, development, and implementation of functional products and systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Under broad direction, this position has bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of a project.
• Has responsibility for all phases of project planning and execution on large domestic and international projects.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
• He has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction. Possesses knowledge of the respective industry.
• Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serves as the proposal manager for large domestic and international project proposals. The job role has budgetary accountabilities.
