DAMAC Properties Profile:

Responsibilities:

• Manage Churn of database-based historical trends on yield
• Identify penetration trends and plan database treatment
• Flash prescriptive reports from various platforms, such as the dialer, CRM, and database
• Flash Dialer reports on agents with disposition stats and other critical elements.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong Exposure to Outbound Telesales Dialer (such as Genesys, Aspect, Avaya, etc.)
• Strong understanding of database churn management for Outbound telesales platforms
• Exposure to predictive, progressive, auto, timed preview, and preview dialing strategies
• Understanding of dialing strategies with merits and demerits
• Understanding Power BI will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of platforms such as Python and R Studio will be an added advantage
• Exposure to database scoring will be an added advantage.
